About the Owner

Merge Construction Inc. is founded, owned, and operated by Ryan Guiboche, who brings over 19 years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential construction. Born and raised in Dauphin, Ryan has dreamt of starting his own business since he was a teenager — drawn to the freedom it provides and the opportunity to shape his own path. He also envisioned his business as a way to give back to the community he calls home, combining his passion for construction with a commitment to making a positive impact.

Ryan strives to continually improve himself while also helping to develop and inspire the people around him, believing that growth and teamwork are key to success. When he’s not in work boots, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, jujitsu, fishing, hunting, working out, and watching hockey. Known for his dedication and strong work ethic, he approaches every project with care— and if you cant find him on the job site he's most likely making a quick run to the store to grab something he forgot… again.
